Runners Wanted!

Just to prove that you are never safe from being surprised until you are dead, I am now the captain for a team that is running in the Ragnar Del Sol relay race in February. It's a race where 12 team members take turns running from Prescott to Tempe. (Each runner has three legs that are 3-8 miles long.) It is one heck of a challenge, but it should be a lot of fun too!
