DBACKS Tickets FREE!!!

I have 7 (seven) tickets left for the DBACKS game on the 22nd of September (Wednesday). Game starts at 6:40. Seats are not very good. In 300 section but DBACKS aren't having the best of season (they've won every game I've been to?) and you can basically seat where ever.
Deal is if I give you tickets (free) you have to have to have to go to game.

Pig, goats, calf

We have some livestock we would like to sale. Kids(baby goats) about 6 months old, both male and female. They are perfect size for BBQ or great for eating weeds. We also have a pink sow. She's about 200+ pounds and is ready for slaughter or breeding. Finally, we have a beautiful heifer calf. She's 10 months old and is a cross between a Holstein and Brama. If you'd like some home grown meat these are all perfect. you can go in on it with someone to have slaughtered and split the cost. I am in need of a baby swing and maybe a baby bouncer not the door kind of bouncer the ones you lay them in and it vibrates. I had all that stuff and when we had the flood with kids bathroom the got wet and do not work anymore. I have no money to buy one and I could go with out but she is wanting me to hold her all the time. So if you have one that is just get dusty and still works I would like to take it off you hands. I do not want to borrow because may kids brake everything. I can not replace it very easy.

Runners Wanted!

Just to prove that you are never safe from being surprised until you are dead, I am now the captain for a team that is running in the Ragnar Del Sol relay race in February. It's a race where 12 team members take turns running from Prescott to Tempe. (Each runner has three legs that are 3-8 miles long.) It is one heck of a challenge, but it should be a lot of fun too! We still need 3 more runners for our team (either men or women). If you know anybody who runs and is looking for a little adventure, give me a call or shoot an email to mirada11@juno.com.

Free Furniture!!!!

If you haven't heard my family is moving, so that means it is time to get rid of some items. I am giving them away for free, I just ask that you come and pick them up. I have a queen-sized bed - headboard, frame, spring-box, and mattress - the mattress is quite worn, but works well with a mattress pad. I have 4 orange chairs, some floor lamps, a rocking chair, a high chair, and scrapbooking paper and embellishments. Our local Barro's Pizza in Cooper Basin is helping our team the Fit Girl's and Friends earn donations for the upcoming Relay for Life event for the American Cancer Society. Fundraising Rummage Sale - THIS WEEKEND 4.17.10

Howdy All,

Some of you may already know about the upcoming Relay for Life being held at Florence HS on 4/30. Our Team, Fit Girls & Friends is actively working to raise money for the event ... this weekend, we will have a Rummage Sale at Laura Carpenter's home in Anthem. Proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life.

We are still looking for donations of items to include in our sale, so if you've got anything taking up space in your house, garage, attic, yard ... we'd be happy to take it off your hands and sell at the sale on Saturday. All donations can be taken to Laura Carpenter's home this week.

In addition to the Rummage Sale, we'll also have a table where you can purchase and decorate a Luminaria Bag for a donation to honor or memorialize someone who has battled cancer. (bags will be displayed at the event and light the track through the night.)There will also be yummy Baked Goods available, made by some of your favorite bakers! And of course, if you just want to come drop a small monetay donation to support your friends, we'd LOVE to see you there!

The sale is being held the day of the bi-annual Anthem community sale, so there should be lots of fun things to see ... at various houses in the neighborhood, including the elementary school where they will have several booths.

The Relay event will kick-off with a Survivor Lap ... with other events for the whole family to enjoy.
